Can I return an item I purchased online?

Do you ship to my country? 

Worldwide shipping is available and delivery prices vary depending on location. 

Please note, only customers based in the UK will receive a filler with their cushion order. 

Can you help me with my order or I have put my address in wrong can you change it? 

If the order has not yet been dispatched, it can be amended. Please contact hello@AliceAcremanSilks.com as soon as possible. 

Does Alice take private commissions? 

Alice occasionally takes on special projects. If you’d like to get in touch regarding a private commission, then please email hello@AliceAcremanSilks.com and we’ll aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
