Alice Acreman silks 'Algonquian Silk' is Hand-painted, square Silk Scarf from the Evolution Collection which combines traditional textile design with the more modern printing techniques. Large 98x98cm size with vibrant red boarder, as seen in the National Portrait Gallery Gift shop.
The beautiful design takes influence from Victorian natural history artwork, originally created to document species before the invention of cameras.
